Shoulder to shoulder and robbery are not qualified, why? Because they will rob the wealth and have no tonic effect on the wealth star and the official star, they are not qualified. The reason why the "Ganlu" that is in the same position as the "Robber" and the "Yang Blade" that is in the same position as the "Robber of Wealth" can be qualified is because they can help the Lord of Fortune to "use" the "Seven Kills of the Official", and their foothold is still on the "Official Star".
