Sanjia Village is a small square on the campus of Xiamen University, located in the middle of Furong No. 4, Ziqin Lou and Nanguang 7, 8 and 9, which is the central location connecting the teaching area and the living area, the old district and the new district, and is the most important gathering place for xiamen university campus culture.

In the 1930s, there was a small courtyard next to the east side of the she village on the campus of Xiamen University, and there was a pale yellow European-style house in the courtyard, which consisted of three units, which was assigned to three professors from the Department of Economics, the Department of History and the Department of Chemistry, and Professor Ye Guoqing of the Department of History named it "Sanjia Village". The white colt has passed through the gap, the world has changed, and the building of that year is long gone, but the name of "Sanjia Village" has survived forever, until today.
"Sanjia Village" has a lot of shop windows, posting notices, issuing notices, spreading information, Yangchun white snow, xia riba people, everything, inside and outside the window, always colorful, ever changing with each passing day. On weekends, the "Three Villages" became a big stage for social practice. There are stalls selling daily necessities, there are second-hand traders, there are club organizations to recruit new people, there are off-campus work-study recruitment, there are convenient voluntary services, there are on-site practice of professional skills, there are social activities to display the results, and sometimes there are bands and singers to assist in the scene. The inclusiveness and openness of the "Three Villages" has created a colorful campus culture of Xiamen University, which has brought us a far-reaching and lasting impact.
In March 1995, I learned from the "Three Villages" that alumni Yu Guangzhong was going back to his alma mater to attend the school celebration and give a speech, and I was excited and did a lot of homework on nostalgic poetry. At the lecture site, I exchanged views with Mr. Yu and recited his famous work "Homesickness". Mr. Yu improvised the inscription to give me the book. This is perhaps the motivation for me to continue to read and write to this day.
My first poem in Xiamen was adopted by the school newspaper after the military training, and then posted in the window of "Sanjia Village". The poem is short, curled up in a corner, like an unpopular child. But for a week, I went to the window of the "Three Villages" to admire myself until I changed the new newspaper. (This season / I have nothing to do / just think of you / / My heart is fluttering / My people are shaking / Do you know / / This season / I have nothing to do / just think of you)
In November 1994, the "shelling of Xiamen" by the Taiwanese army in Xiaojinmen occurred in Huangcuo, near Xiamen University, which caused a strong response on the campus, and the crowd was excited and indignant. The student union organized the presidents of the student unions of various departments and the ministers of the school associations to hold forums to criticize the bad behavior of the Taiwan authorities. After the meeting, all departments and departments wrote critical essays, and the school association selected some of them and posted them in the window of "Three Villages", which once again aroused the resonance of everyone, and teachers, classmates and school authorities gave high evaluations. One of my poems, "The Voice of the Other Shore." (Last night / I heard the sound of gunfire / Not the dream of the Opium War / Not the reincarnation of the War of Resistance Against Japan / It was our compatriots / Towards us / Fire was fired / / On the TELEVISION screen / Fallen body / Standing audience / Miserable face / Angry eyes / Our compatriots / Did you see? Forty-five years / Nostalgia is still singing / Blood is still blending / Words are still communicating / Why / You / Just impatiently / Leave us away? Twenty million people / 40,000 square kilometers of land / From "president" to common people / from Tainan to Taipei / Every drop of blood / Every inch of land / Not all melted with the word "China"! The history of one hundred and fifty years ago / Everyone knows / The war fifty years ago / You remember / Why / There are people / Still taking guns / Slaughtering your countrymen? Mr. Deng Hui / Please ask / Are you ready / sacrificing your people / our compatriots / to change a servile face? Looking back on this poem today, I can still feel the anger and passion in my heart.
"Sanjia Village" began my dream of poetry, but unfortunately, my talent was mediocre, and I could not embark on the road I envisioned. Leisure time, as interests and hobbies, not deliberate, not pretentious, confiding in the heart, recording the good, spreading kindness, creating a happy spiritual home for yourself, enjoying yourself, enjoying it. So, contentment is enough.
