Ramsey, who plans to leave Juventus, is in talks for a return to the Premier League, but the final destination is unclear.

Juve boss Allegri spoke about transfer rumours around Ramsey this week, saying Ramsey would be leaving the team in the winter window.
According to Romano, negotiations are underway for the midfielder to return to the Premier League.
But his provenance remains a mystery. The Daily Mail said Ramsey had turned down offers from Newcastle, Wolves and two Spanish clubs, believing he could join a more famous team.
The Sun linked it to Burnley, but it seemed unlikely.
Eurosport has previously called West Ham, Everton and even Arsenal a potential home for him. But that was last month's news, and none of these rumors seemed to become a reality.
Then there were rumors of a tie with Crystal Palace, but the Daily Mail said Vieira's side had also pulled out of the deal.
Juve seemed pretty sure that Ramsey would transfer and leave the squad before the trade deadline, and the Premier League was indeed the destination he planned.
But there are still no favourites that clearly want to bring him in.
While Arsenal were aiming at Vlahović, Juventus were also chasing the Florentine shooter.
La Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Juve offered Vlahović a senior contract that could earn a salary of €7 million plus bonuses per season. They want to convince the shooter to nod his head at the offer as soon as possible.
As for transfer fees, Juve wanted to persuade Fiorentina to agree to a contract that included Kulusevsky and €35 million, but the two clubs did not formally contact.
That's lower than arsenal are willing to offer 55 million euros for Torreira, but if the players like Juve, that's a different story.
As things stand, Vlahović's transfer will be delayed by news of his COVID-19 infection.
The goalscorer missed a match for the Fiorentina weekend for this, but is expected to recover soon. There is still a week to go until the end of the winter window.
