On the ninth day of the Tokyo Paralympic Games, the Chinese delegation won nine more gold medals, continuing to lead the gold medal and medal table with 77 gold medals and 167 medals.

The national ball once again dominates the Paralympic arena. In the team finals of the women's 1-3, 6-8, and men's 3rd, 4th and 5th levels and 8th levels on the same day, the Chinese team won all five gold medals. With the exception of a difficult 2-1 victory over Germany in the men's 3rd final, China won easily 2:0 on aggregate in the remaining four matches.

With the last five finals left in this Paralympic Table Tennis Competition, the Chinese team has won 13 gold medals, far ahead of the gold medal list in this event.

The track and field and swimming fields again passed the good news, and the Chinese team each took a gold and won 2 silver and 6 bronze in the track and field competition of the day.

In the final of the women's 100m T37 class in athletics, Wen Xiaoyan won the championship, breaking the world record with a time of 13 seconds, and another Chinese player, Jiang Fenfen, won the bronze medal. Previously, Wen Xiaoyan had won the women's 200m and women's long jump finals in the T37 class, winning the gold medals in the three events she participated in at the Paralympic Games.

Born into a rural family in Hunan Province, Wen Xiaoyan, 24, suffers from congenital left limb dysfunction and joined the Hunan Provincial Disabled Athletics Team in 2014.

At the swimming arena, Jiang Yuyan, the youngest chinese team to participate in the Paralympic Games, scored twice and won the S6 final in the women's 400m freestyle S6, also breaking the world record. On 30 August, she won the women's 50m butterfly S6 class in her first Paralympic Games.

Jiang Yuyan, who is less than 17 years old, from Shaoxing, Zhejiang Province, lost her right arm and right leg in a car accident when she was 4 years old. In 2018, at the age of 14, she came to prominence and won three gold medals at the Asian Para Games in Jakarta.

On the road cycling track, Guangdong's Chen Jianxin also won his second gold medal at the Paralympic Games. In the men's T1-2 race, he won the championship with a time of 51 minutes and 07 seconds, after he had already won the gold medal in the T1-2 time trial. At present, the two gold medals of the Chinese team in the road cycling event have been labeled "Chen Jianxin".

Chen Jianxin, 35, has suffered from cerebral palsy since childhood. In 2004, Chen Jianxin was selected by the Jiangmen Disabled Persons' Federation to send him to the Guangdong Provincial Disabled Bicycle Team and became a "wind-chasing rider". His sports disability level, T1, is the most severely disabled level.

In the shooting arena, the 35-year-old "one-handed sharpshooter" Huang Xing defended his title with a record-breaking performance in the final of the 25-meter mixed sports pistol at the P3-SH1 level, which was also the third shooting gold medal won by the Chinese team at the Paralympic Games.

The semi-finals of several ball games of the day were equally exciting.

In the wheelchair women's basketball semifinals, the Chinese team faced the defending champion Team Usa. In the unfavorable situation of falling behind 6:9 in the first quarter, the Chinese team played a 14:6 climax in the second quarter, and finally eliminated the American team at 41:36 to advance to the final.

In the final four of this Paralympic Games, the Chinese wheelchair women's basketball team has created the best result in the Paralympic Games. In the final on the 4th, the Chinese team will face the Dutch team, and it is worth looking forward to whether the Chinese dark horse can win the gold medal in the end.

The men's blind goalball semifinals were also a battle between China and the United States, with the Chinese team sweeping the opponent 8:1 and reaching the Paralympic final again after a gap of 13 years. On the 3rd, the Chinese team will compete with Brazil for the championship.

In the semi-finals of the five-a-side blind men's football team, the Chinese team lost 0:2 to Argentina and did not qualify for the final, and will compete with Morocco for the bronze medal. (Source: China News Service)
