Recently, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict has intensified.

Some readers asked me backstage what to think.

On such a similar topic, generally we do not talk about it, after all, as a business consultant, this is not our profession, it belongs purely to the class axe.

However, it just so happened that I was a travel-loving person, having been to Israel, Egypt, and the Vatican, and this experience made me realize that in this world, there are some problems that cannot be solved.

Today, I will share with you the 2019 article "3000 Years of Jerusalem: Some Problems Are Unsolvable" and hope to inspire you.

A reader friend once asked me, what is the meaning of travel? Let me recommend a destination for him who is busy at work.

When it comes to travel, I think the biggest significance of travel is that every trip must bring an eye of insight and a reflective heart.

What do you mean?

With the eye of insight is to look at the outside world, the mind of reflection is to look at your own heart, and then bathe in the differences in the world, and when you come back, you will get a growth and a better self, which is the meaning of travel.

So where do I recommend to this busy reader?

If you are very busy and can only go to one place, where should you go to expand your horizons, wisdom and patterns?

I recommend you to italy and to the Vatican in Rome.

Go there and you'll see why so many people believe in God in today's evolutionary theory and genetic technology.

When you go there, you will know that evolution, DNA, and genetic technology have proved so clearly that human beings evolved, not Created by God.

It's common sense, but there are still so many people who believe in God.

If you really feel this difference, you feel how these Christian (Orthodox) people are logically self-consistent.

You think you understand their beliefs, but you find that they are embracing your non-beliefs.

You begin to learn to accept (rather than tolerate) differences from the bottom of your heart. You will agree that Christianity is a great religion.

If you can have this mentality, you will live in this state of "not necessarily requiring the same, not necessarily knowing how to exist."

At this time, you will have a different world view.

However, if you have time to go to two places, then I suggest you choose Israel for the second stop.

Jerusalem 3000: Some problems are insoluble

Jerusalem, the holy site of the three religions (Judaism, Christianity, Islam), has earned a Guinness Book of World Record for three thousand years: the most conquered city in the world.

This tragic city was conquered 44 times, of which 22 were destroyed and 23 were rebuilt in ruins.

To this day, many Jews have come to the holy city and wept in front of the mottled Wailing Wall of bricks of different ages.

Jerusalem 3000: Some problems are insoluble

(I was in front of the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem)

The Judaic scriptures are the Old Testament, and the Christian scriptures are the New Testament and the Old Testament.

Why is there a New Testament?

Christians believe that the Jews have betrayed their covenant with God and are therefore about to make a new covenant with God, and there is a "new covenant."

Judaism does not recognize Jesus as the Son of God, and the Savior in their hearts has not yet come;

Christianity holds that Jesus is the Son of God, the Savior, atonement for people's sins with his own blood, and of course this is the perspective of those who believe in Christ.

Go to Israel and you will be surprised to find that the Jews, who were so ignorant as to kill the Christian Jesus, were also a great people.

The Jews, considered by some to be the most intelligent people, and at the same time considered by others to be the most inferior.

During World War II, Hitler's hatred of the Jews had reached an incomprehensible level: a planned, large-scale massacre of one race.

Millions of Jews died in this dehumanizing cleansing.

Concentration camps became the darkest vocabulary mixed with the brutality of the Nazis and the suffering of the Jews.

Such a suffering nation finally had its own "home" after the end of World War II.

On the day of the British withdrawal, the state of Israel was established; the next day, the first Middle East war broke out.

Later, it was fought 4 more times, and a total of 5 Middle East wars broke out.

From the perspective of the Israelites, we see the heroism of the Jews.

But from the perspective of the Arab vision, it is different.

Do you know? When we go to this part of Jerusalem, we don't have to post a visa.

Why?

Because of this place in Jerusalem, Israel says it is its capital, and I believe that many people also think that Jerusalem is the capital of Israel.

But after we went to Egypt, the Egyptian guide said that Jerusalem was the capital of Palestine, and that it is still occupied by Israel to this day and has not been liberated.

So in the minds of the Egyptians, Jerusalem was a place to be liberated.

And that's where the third place I recommend for you comes in. If you still have time, I suggest you can go to Egypt.

Jerusalem 3000: Some problems are insoluble

In Egypt, you will understand why, in the eyes of the Egyptians, Palestine is the true master of Jerusalem.

Although small, Jerusalem is a holy city of Judaism, Christianity and Islam, and the spiritual home of the followers of the three great apocalyptic religions.

So who should Jerusalem belong to?

Europeans, Jews, Arabs, who are the good people in this matter?

If you have been to these three places, you will find that you cannot answer this question clearly.

You will find that there are some problems in this world that are unsolvable.

The Jews would feel that this place was our ancestors', that we were God's chosen people, that this land was our promised land. So we came back, what's wrong with that?

The Palestinians will feel that we have lived here for more than a thousand years, no matter where you come from?

It's as if, today, the Indians suddenly stand up and say, we are the masters of this place, our ancestors have lived here for generations, and you whites have to get me out of America.

Do you think the Americans will say yes?

The international community will not support the Indians and drive out the Americans today.

If you listen to the story of Israel and listen to the story of Arabia, you will find that the Arabs have their own reasons.

The Arabs believe that this is the territory in which they have lived for thousands of years.

Now suddenly a nation says that his ancestors lived here and wanted to take the land back.

Why?

We have lived here for thousands of years, so why give it to you?

What to do? Can only fight.

As a result, conflicts of various kinds often erupt between Israel and the Arabs.

Final words

You've been to Italy, Israel, and Egypt, and your worldview is complete.

You will know that sometimes, the so-called "right or wrong" has nothing to do with "right or wrong", but only the choice of position.

The meaning of travel is not to look for similarities, but to feel different.

The more differences you can see, understand, accept, and tolerate, the wider your horizons, the deeper your wisdom, and the greater the pattern.

So we say: There is no "world view", where there is a "world view".

When you finally find that you have difficulty evaluating some problems, when you feel that some things are not solved, your worldview is complete.

You begin to construct a complete worldview that is your own.
