This health code was filled out over and over again after my son bought our ticket a few months ago, but I didn't click the final "Submit" button to understand and familiarize myself with what needed to be filled in and what materials to upload.
And those uploaded materials, must be checked the relevant options to appear.
For example, if you check the nucleic acid test and antibody test negative or positive, as well as the testing institution and sampling date, a blue cross will appear for you to click to upload the test results.
The vaccination has been checked, along with the vaccine brand and date, to appear for uploading the vaccination certificate.
There is also a very important upload material, there are a total of 8 items, you need to upload 8 picture materials, as follows:
1. Ticket itinerary;
2. Proof of residence in the country where you are located;
3. Nucleic acid detection site sampling photos;
4. Antibody detection site sampling photos;
5. Hand-held passport photo at the sampling agency;
6. Sampling certification materials or receipts issued by the testing agency;
7. A valid personal passport information page;
8. Declaration of COVID-19 Vaccination (completed COVID-19 vaccination)
Although I was already very familiar with and very skilled in filling out this set of procedures, my son was still not at ease, so he asked them to fill it out for him to check and be accurate before clicking the "Submit" button.
I also didn't expect the Consulate General of New York to be so fast, thinking that I wouldn't get back to us until the next morning anyway, because there were still 30 hours before our take-off time, and it was very calm.
Unexpectedly, in just half an hour, we were told through the service notice of our WeChat: if we did not pass the review, we were asked to upload the vaccination declaration form.
Hurry up and look at the health code, which has changed from yellow to red.
I remember this statement clearly stating that both of us had uploaded it, how could it not have?
Tell us to add, how to add? No explanation!
I remember that someone supplemented the material through the embassy mailbox, and when my son heard me say this, he asked me to search the mailbox of the Consulate General in New York. However, I only looked for a visa mailbox, not a health code declaration mailbox.
In desperation, I simply re-filled in the upload and resubmitted, anyway, very fast. However, after ten minutes, I received a WeChat service notification, or: the review can not pass, or let us upload the vaccination statement.
It's really strange, this time will not miss this material to be replenished by us, how can we still not receive it, but also we need to supplement?
It seems that this small program for declaration is not very perfect, and the materials uploaded clearly and clearly have been supplemented twice or cannot be received.
So upload and submit again. This time, God finally opened the grace, and within a few minutes, the two of us received WeChat service notifications one after another: the review passed.
Open the health code, green huh!
I really did not expect that this time to do double testing and declaration of health codes are so smooth, the speed is extremely fast. The double test was done at 9 a.m., and the green code was received at 9 p.m., for a total of about twelve hours.
In particular, the declaration of health codes has been repeatedly uploaded and submitted three times, from the first submission to the final green code, but it is just a little more than an hour.
I really admire the staff of the Consulate General of New York, it seems that they really work three shifts, 24 hours a day to insist on uninterrupted review work, otherwise there would not be such a fast speed.

There are a few lessons that may be called lessons for compatriots preparing to return home to refer to when filling out the health code:
1. Click on the blue cross for uploading materials to upload the picture, the second cross will automatically appear on the right, click the second cross to upload the second picture, and the third cross will appear on the right for continuing to upload the picture. I tried uploading twelve, and the cross on the right continues to appear for you to continue clicking to upload.
Of course, it is only "tried", and you must not click on the final submission.
2. Although it may be possible to upload endless pictures, I consider that in order to facilitate the review of the reviewers, I will stitch the front and back sides of the same picture material or the second page of the first page (if there are two or more pages) through the puzzle function of the relevant software (I use Meitu Xiuxiu) into a picture.
The front and back sides of my vaccination card (or CDC, which international students on the Internet call the little white card) and the green card were stitched together by me into a picture of the top and bottom.
Of course, a green card may just upload the front page, but I scanned the reverse side and uploaded it together to be on the safe side.
Because I am not afraid of ten thousand, I am afraid of what happens, and when I submit a copy of my ID card in the domestic office, I often require both sides to submit it. What if this is also required? Don't be defensive.
3. Regarding the vaccination certificate, I see that many international students on the Internet say that they only uploaded the "small white card" and passed the pass. So I didn't prepare any other supporting materials.
When I got out of the car after returning from the sampling agency, my son suddenly asked me how the materials were prepared, and I said that I would be able to fill in the health code immediately when the test results came out in the evening.
My son asked for the vaccination certificate again, and I said about the "little white card" of the international students, and my son asked me to look at the website of the Consulate General in New York. I entered the house and opened the website of the Consulate General of New York on my mobile phone, and found that in addition to the small white card, I also needed to provide a "certificate from the local government or vaccination agency."
I was dumbfounded. My son said, fortunately, I found out yesterday, go and do it, otherwise today is Labor Day ("May Day" is not called "International" Labor Day?). And it also originated in the United States, how can the United States make a set of its own? If you don't go to work, you won't be able to declare it tonight, and you'll have to wait for tomorrow.
I remembered the government certificate, but my son sent me a certificate from the vaccination hospital. For insurance purposes, I went back to the website of the Consulate General in New York to look carefully at the instructions, noting in particular that the link between "local government" and "vaccination agency" was "or", not "and", that is, I could choose either one.
4. The single start of the ticket itinerary is also wrong, and it was also discovered by the son on the first day of the declaration. My son originally sent a printed slip of "successful ticketing", which had two pages, and in order to facilitate the review, I had already spliced it into a picture for backup.
After my son said it was wrong, I searched on the Internet, and it was really wrong, the itinerary is completely different from "successful ticket issuance", but it is a bit similar to the domestic paper long-distance bus ticket.
My son also sent a ticket itinerary, I saw how it was completely different from what I searched on the Internet, so I showed my son my mobile phone and said it was different. My son didn't even look at me, waved his hand at me and said, I asked China Eastern Airlines, and said that this is it.
Later, I thought that the search on the Internet was probably a paper version of the itinerary, and the son sent it was probably an electronic version.
5. When uploading the nucleic acid detection and antibody test certificate, because the two items are combined into one place, there is only one material for upload. When you click Submit at the bottom, a red prompt appears: Please upload your nucleic acid test certificate.
I asked my son what to do, is it a repeat upload? The son nodded. So I uploaded a duplicate copy of the upload and submitted it successfully.
It is estimated that the original two copies are now combined into one, or some testing agencies have proved that there are two copies. After all, the declaration software is a machine, and the automatic identification is probably two copies by default.
6, there is also the order of uploading picture materials, the above listed as one of the 8 items of content uploaded, generally should be uploaded one by one in the order of its arrangement, convenient for review.
However, several times in a row, I was asked to repeatedly upload the "Vaccination Declaration Form", indicating that I had not received the material that had been uploaded. This statement is item 8, the last material to be uploaded. Change it to a little earlier or even the first upload, and you may receive it.
This proved to be the case. I even wondered if simply uploading this statement would be enough to pass the test, because all the other materials had already been uploaded. I haven't tried it, and I don't dare to judge.
