Were human beings banished from a paradise of rest?

No one does not wish to rest, even a very bored, spiritually empty person has the desire to rest; even a person who is extremely soaring will not rest in pursuit of an endless goal.

Rest is not to completely stop mental or physical activity, but rather to make the body and mind moderately separate. The whole nature of human beings is formed by activity, so if it is arbitrarily changed, nature will have adverse reactions.

Human beings are banished in the paradise of rest. But God, in commanding human beings to work, did not forget to give them the leisurely comfort of working. Therefore, real rest is given in the midst of activity. That is, mental rest comes from the smooth progress of work and the completion of tasks; physical rest lies in the irreplaceable rest of the daily sleep, meals, and Sunday.

The greatest blessing in the world is to be able to continue beneficial activities after this natural rest.
