In the past few days, the Yishu River Basin in Shandong has fallen heavily to torrential rainfall, and the average rainfall in the basin above the Yihe River is 182.8 mm. At 11:24 on August 14, the No. 1 flood numbered 2020 occurred at the Linyi Hydrological Station of the main stream of the YiHe River, and the Xiaobudong Rubber Dam, which undertook the important flood discharge task of the Linyi section of the Yi River, withstood a major test.
Xiaobudong Rubber Dam is located at the confluence of the main road of the Yihe River and the three tributaries of the Qihe River and Liuqing River, and the water storage area on the dam is 16,000 mu, which is twice that of Hangzhou's West Lake. After precipitation in the upper reaches of the Yi River, it tends to converge here to form the largest flood peak. In response to the flood caused by this heavy rainfall, Zhang Li, the person in charge of the rubber dam, led the staff to calculate the flow every half an hour.
Zhang Li, director of the Management Office of The East Rubber Dam in Xiaobu, Linyi City, said: "Now, the peak flow we detected is more than 10,000 cubic meters per second, which is close to the capacity of six standard swimming pools. ”
In order to ensure the safety of flooding, the Xiaobudong Rubber Dam has been dropped to the end according to the scheduling plan. After this work was completed, Zhang Li's team immediately embarked on another key task, patrolling along the dam.
Han Jifei, engineer of the East Rubber Dam Management Office in Xiaobu City, Linyi City, told reporters: "We have to judge some situations through the usual experience, you see, put your hand on the railing, you can feel the impact of the water, and then by observing the water level, if the water level on both sides of the diversion wall is very different, then it is possible to cause damage to the wall, thus affecting the operation safety of the entire project." ”
In order to reduce the damage to the wall, the Linyi Water Conservancy Project Defense Index has conducted 6 emergency meetings, using the staggered peak shaving effect of various water conservancy projects in the upper and lower reaches of the YiHe River to ensure the safety of flood discharge. At present, the flood peak of the Yihe River has passed smoothly, and the water potential is gradually declining.
