On January 21, two weeks before the opening of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the large-scale landscape sculpture "Blessing Beijing", which embodies "driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports", was inaugurated in the Olympic Tower Square. The themed sculpture was created by the Beijing Olympic City Development Promotion Center, Beijing Radio and Television Station, together with famous artists Yuan Xikun and Amway (China) Commodity Co., Ltd.

Sculpture author Yuan Xikun introduced the creation of the work. He said that the sculpture "Blessing Beijing" takes Beijing as the world's first "city of double Olympics" as inspiration, condenses people's love and blessings for Beijing into flying wings, burns ice and snow, guards health, and shows the theme of all Chinese sons and daughters striving to realize the dream of the centennial Olympic Games and the Chinese nation's great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream.
At the inauguration ceremony, the organizers of the event, the Beijing Olympic City Development Promotion Center and Beijing Radio and Television Station, donated the sculpture to the Beijing Olympic Museum. Hou Ming, director of the Beijing Olympic Museum, presented a donation certificate to the representatives of the organizers of the event.
The overall shape of the large landscape sculpture of "Blessing Beijing" is a flying wing, with a height of 6 meters, of which the base is 0.5 meters, and the main material is stainless steel mesh tube and copper, brass, granite, etc. The base of the sculpture shows the sacred Olympic podium in gold, silver and bronze, and is printed with elements of burning ice and snow, and the audience can participate in it, meet in Beijing, and move forward together.
