In the electrolytic aluminum link, the conditions of the electrolytic cell are diverse, the electrolytic environment temperature is extremely high, and it is too dependent on human experience. Now using statistics and machine learning related theories and methods, the aluminum electrolysis single consumption online prediction, monitoring, fault diagnosis system and aluminum electrolysis process optimization model are designed, and through efficient and accurate operation and maintenance management, the stable slot voltage is not higher than 3.96V, the current efficiency is more than 93%, and the comprehensive AC single consumption is reduced by more than 145 kWh/ton aluminum.

After a large number of real data verification, these algorithm models have the characteristics of state perception, real-time analysis, scientific decision-making, accurate execution, etc., which can be quickly copied and promoted to other high-energy-consuming industries such as non-ferrous metals, helping the industry to green intensive production and achieving the national double carbon target.
