Bad news around China continues! The Indian prime minister is embarrassed; the Japanese government is ashamed; the Kazakh military is holding its anger

The trees want to be quiet and the wind is not stopping!

At present, the international situation is turbulent, and there are different degrees of chaos in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia. Against this backdrop, Asia, the global geopolitical "center of gravity," is equally volatile.

On January 21, three news came from around China, related to India, Japan, and Kazakhstan.

Bad news around China continues! The Indian prime minister is embarrassed; the Japanese government is ashamed; the Kazakh military is holding its anger

First, it's too embarrassing! India invited five Central Asian countries on National Day, and all of them were rejected!

On the 20th, according to Indian media reports, Indian Foreign Minister Jaithan Sujarsheng previously issued an invitation to the five Central Asian countries, hoping that their leaders could attend the celebration of India's "Republic Day" on January 26, which is one of India's three major national holidays.

In addition, the Indian side also wants to take the opportunity to convene a new round of "India-Central Asia" dialogue, the purpose of course is to strengthen bilateral cooperation. After all, As the "crossroads" of Eurasia, Central Asia's geostrategic value is extremely important, and India, which has always had a "great power dream", certainly wants to strengthen ties.

Unfortunately, the leaders of the five Central Asian countries also declined the invitation to attend the celebration, and the dialogue meeting was forced to be held online the next day.

The reason is simple. On the one hand, a new round of the epidemic is raging in India, from a daily increase of 20,000 cases on January 1 to more than 300,000 cases on January 20, and the soaring number makes people look "scalp numb".

Speaking of which, when India invited British Prime Minister Johnson to come to the ceremony last year, it was also temporarily rejected because of the epidemic. Unexpectedly, after a year of anti-epidemic efforts, the epidemic in India seems to be worse.

On the other hand, although the five Central Asian countries have not "explicitly stated", personal safety is actually an important reason. Just last week, Indian intelligence agencies have received news that extremists may create terrorist attacks on "Republic Day", and the way drones kill people is not ruled out.

The main target is Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. At that time, if the leaders of the five Central Asian countries are present, they are likely to be affected by the pond fish. Who dares to take this risk?

Moreover, the terrorist forces in Central Asia have been active, first in Afghanistan to "change the sky", followed by the Kazakh riots, religious extremists and terrorist organizations may have their eyes on this "Republican Day" celebration.

In short, be careful.

The second one, for the first time! TEPCO was sued in court, and the plaintiff was 6 child cancer patients.

On the 20th local time, according to Japanese media reports, six victims of the Fukushima nuclear accident between the ages of 17 and 27 will file a class action lawsuit with the Tokyo District Court on the 27th of this month, demanding that TEPCO compensate a total of 610 million yen (about 5.36 million US dollars).

It turned out that the six victims were only in their 10s at the time of the accident, but they suffered from thyroid cancer due to a large amount of nuclear radiation, which caused a bad impact on their lives, and it was difficult to go to school, find employment, and get married.

But unexpectedly, as early as 2015, the Fukushima Prefectural Special Committee published a report saying that the causal relationship between nuclear radiation caused by the nuclear accident and cancer was "difficult to determine."

I have to say that TEPCO is indeed a good hand in shirking responsibility. But the truth will never be drowned out by lies, and since the accident in 2011, these patients who have suffered from 10 years of illness have finally taken up the "legal weapon" to defend their rights and interests.

In this regard, it is necessary to make 3 points.

First, this is the first class action lawsuit to pursue the causal relationship between the Fukushima nuclear accident and the thyroid gland in children since the accident. If positive results can be achieved, it will undoubtedly play an exemplary and encouraging role for the nearly 300 Fukushima children who were diagnosed with thyroid cancer after the accident.

At that time, these victims will also be compensated and better healed in the years to come.

Second, TEPCO must correct its attitude, and many problems cannot be solved by "craftsmanship". For the demands made by the victims, TEPCO should not only uphold the rigorous scientific spirit, but also consider it from the perspective of patients "without losing temperature".

Third, the local government should not stand idly by, especially in Fukushima Prefecture, where the accident occurred. After the Fukushima nuclear disaster, the local economy was already hit hard, especially in fishing and agriculture, and the livelihoods of many people became a problem.

Under such circumstances, the Fukushima prefectural government should urge TEPCO to establish a proper compensation system to make up for the lives of these victims.

Third, who did it? Kazakh soldiers were poisoned, food supplies or problems.

On January 20, Russian media reported that according to information released by Kazakhstan's Ministry of Internal Affairs, 50 soldiers who maintained order in the capital Nur-Sultan had experienced "collective poisoning".

At present, the Ministry of the Interior has launched a criminal investigation, but has not disclosed details of the causes and consequences. However, the relevant information indicates that the police have now preliminarily determined that the incident is related to the "food supply" and are therefore investigating the food suppliers.

The final findings are nothing more than 2 possibilities.

The first possibility is a simple food safety issue, where food suppliers are "shoddy" in the purchase and handling of ingredients, such as the use of expired raw materials or pollution during cooking.

In this case, it is dealt with in accordance with the Food Safety Act of Kazakhstan. At the same time, seize the time to notify other food suppliers of the food supplier so as not to cause a wider range of personal injuries.

The second possibility is that this food poisoning case is a deliberate "poisoning incident" against the Kazakh military. There are at least 3 key points to corroborate this speculation.

1, although the riots in Kazakhstan have basically subsided, due to the infiltration of tens of thousands of NGOs, there are still tens of thousands of thugs who have not been brought to justice, and these people are like "time bombs".

2, just yesterday, the last CGIA peacekeeping force withdrew from Kazakhstan. In less than 24 hours, the Kazakh army had a "poisoning incident", and the perpetrators may have wanted to take advantage of the situation.

3, the military's food supply has strict requirements and control, and the perpetrators can successfully "poison", perhaps the insiders of the relevant parties. After this riot, the Kazakh government also experienced a "great reshuffle", which may be the product of the intensification of internal contradictions.

In short, although the state of emergency has been lifted throughout Kazakhstan, the danger is still hidden in some dark corners, and there is still a lot more work to be done by the Kazakh government and military.
