Moscow, February 23 (People's Daily Online) According to the Russian News Agency, on the day of Russia's "Defender of the Motherland Day" on the 23rd, Russian President Putin, accompanied by military and police personnel, laid a wreath at the tomb of the Unknown Soldier outside the Kremlin to commemorate the soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War.
