Rickcom Released China's First High-Performance 5G RF Transceiver Chip B20

IT Home January 21 news, recently, broadband RF transceiver chip developer Rickcom Communications announced the launch of the first RF transceiver chip that supports 200MHz bandwidth B20.

As the first domestic RF transceiver chip to support 200MHz bandwidth, the B20 fully supports 5G applications, especially 5G mobile communication base stations, and takes into account the use scenarios of private networks and special terminals.

Rickcom Released China's First High-Performance 5G RF Transceiver Chip B20

RF transceiver chip is one of the most core technologies in urgent need of breakthroughs in the field of 5G mobile communications, is the key to the low cost, high performance and localization of wireless communication RF units, and is also the biggest bottleneck in the localization breakthrough of wireless communications and special communications, and the current domestic self-sufficiency rate is almost zero.

B20 performance parameters are comparable to similar products in the world, the maximum 200MHz bandwidth, can cover 75MHz-6GHz applications, 2T2R, the maximum 200MHz bandwidth of the receive channel, the maximum 450MHz bandwidth of the transmit channel, with 2 independent 450MHz DPD observation channels, JESD204B interface, support multi-chip synchronous operation, can completely replace imported products.

B20 has completely independent intellectual property rights and has applied for 27 invention patents so far.

"The B20 tape-out was successful and third-party test results showed that all performance and functionality were as expected and fully met the application requirements," says Powercom Communications. Some indicators even exceeded expectations. As the first RF transceiver chip that truly supports 5G, the B20 is the result of years of hard work by the PeopleCom team. As a milestone product of the company, it is believed that it will soon be applied to various small base stations to comprehensively promote the localization process of communication base stations. ”
