According to the Fujian Daily And New Fujian Client report on January 20, Zhangpu County organized the listing and protection of 43 historical buildings in the three batches that have been announced in the county, and since then, these old buildings have really had their own "identity cards".

The listing of the historic building was reviewed by experts organized by the Zhangzhou Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and approved by the Zhangpu County People's Government and announced. Zhangpu County has a total of 43 historical buildings in 11 townships, including Sui'an Town, Guanxun Town, and Jiuzhen Town, which are listed by the territorial government.
It is reported that the 43 historical buildings listed this time formed earlier, have rich traditional resources, and have certain historical, cultural, scientific, artistic, social and economic values. Each building is a heavy window through which you can see the mountains, the water, and the nostalgia. The awarding and listing of the license not only helps to promote the protection and utilization of zhangpu historical buildings and enhance the pride of traditional village villagers, but also is an important measure to upgrade the protection of ancient villages in Zhangpu County. To a certain extent, it also inherits the essence of agricultural civilization, the crystallization of culture and art and the characteristics of national regions, and preserves the "root" and "soul" of national cultural heritage.
It is understood that in the next stage, Zhangpu County will increase the census, surveying and mapping, archiving and expert review of old buildings in Zhangpu, and mobilize the society to participate in the protection and utilization of historical buildings, continue the cultural genes of Zhangpu historical buildings, and make zhangpu's historical buildings glow in the new era.
