Former Roma assistant coach Nuno Campos recently talked about Roma and Mourinho in a podcast show, who was once an assistant to former Roma boss Fonseca and currently serves as head coach at the Portuguese Premier League club Santa Clara.
Campos first spoke of Roma new signing Oliveira:
'Oliveira will be a big help to Roma, it's a really good opportunity for each other, I coached him at Ferreira, Oliveira is a champion player, the kind of player with a strong aura who can help Roma a lot, like he scored a key penalty last week.
'In Rome, the players and coaches are under a lot of pressure, almost on par with the top clubs in the world, and it's a lot of pressure to expect Roma to win the Serie A title, knowing that Roma has only won three league titles in its entire history.'
'Mourinho is the best coach in the world, but if you don't give him time, if you don't invest in improving the squad for him, he can't succeed, no coach can do miracles, Roma only have 14 players of good caliber, which is not enough to win the league title, but Roma fans don't understand that.
