According to Heat reporter Ira Winderman, sources revealed that Chris Silva (pictured right) is expected to sign a third 10-day contract with the Heat.
Silva's second 10-day contract with the Heat expired yesterday, and as Hiro triggers a health and safety agreement, the Heat will have the right to renew his difficult 10-day contract.
So far this season, Silva has played in seven games for the Heat, averaging 9 minutes per game, scoring 3.4 points and 3.7 rebounds, shooting 61.5% from the field.
