Case review

The time is back to the evening of June 21, 2021. At about 19:00 that night, the woman who sent the pennant rushed to the Qingwan police station to report that she had been defrauded. Chen Yongsheng, a police officer at the Qingwan police station, patiently received the woman. "When the victim came to the police station to report the case, the whole person was in a trance, asked her some case questions, she herself was very ignorant, how much she was cheated of, how she was deceived, it was not clear." Chen Yongsheng, a police officer handling the case, said. After the fraud case, the most important thing is to race against the clock to grab time with the fraudsters and apply for a stop payment to reduce losses, so Chen Yongsheng eased the woman's emotions while guiding her to tell the case, handle the relevant procedures, and then help her quickly apply for a stop payment. Under the unremitting efforts of Chen Yongsheng, he successfully paid 34,000 yuan for the woman.

Since then, Chen Yongsheng has been paying close attention to this case, doing his best to recover losses for the victims, and actively coordinating the procedures for the return of the defrauded funds. Until the beginning of January 2022, the woman received a judicial deduction of 34,000 yuan from the bank. After the woman received the SMS reminder, the first thing she thought was to share with Chen Yongsheng, a police officer who handled the case happily, and said that she wanted to give a pennant to show her gratitude, but because she was shy, she ran to the police station to send the pennant and ran away.

After investigation, the woman's name is Xiaofang (pseudonym), and at 15:29 on June 21, 2021, she received a call claiming to be Jingdong's customer service, who claimed that Xiaofang had credit problems in Jingdong and asked her to contact Jingdong customer service to manual customer service. Xiaofang followed the requirements of the other party and added the other party's QQ, and then downloaded the "Cloud Video" APP. The other party set up a conference room on the "Cloud Video" APP, made voice calls with Xiaofang, and monitored Xiaofang's operation of the mobile phone screen through the "Cloud Video" APP.

The other party constantly brainwashed Xiaofang during the call, claiming that Xiaofang's credit report had been fraudulently used by others on the Network, and it was necessary to overwrite the refresh record with a new transfer record, so as to restore the credit report and cancel the account of the illegal loan. In order to increase credibility, the other party also issued a "work card of the Jingdong Financial Cancellation Commissioner" and a photo of the staff ID card to Xiaofang. XiaoFang looked at both a work permit and an ID card photo, unlike fake and believed it. After that, Xiaofang has been on the phone with the other party on the "Cloud Video" APP, and according to the requirements of the other party, she contacted the so-called cancellation commissioner on the Jingdong customer service to apply for cancellation. At the constant urging of the other party, Xiaofang transferred a number of large amounts of money to the bank card number provided by the other party.

Until more than 19:00 in the evening, the other party said that he was going to leave work, and he hung up the call of the "Cloud Video" APP. After interrupting the call, Xiaofang realized that she may have been deceived, and then immediately rushed to the police station to report the case.

Xiaofang received a scam call from 15:29 p.m. to more than 19:00 and realized the fraud, and in less than 4 hours, she was defrauded of more than 200,000 yuan.
