On January 18, Wu Guoquan, Economic and Commercial Counsellor of the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia, led a delegation of the Cambodian Chinese Chamber of Commerce to donate a batch of anti-epidemic materials to Cambodia's Wang Jiajun, and Cambodia's Deputy Commander-in-Chief and Army Commander Homane expressed his gratitude and highly praised the cambodian Chinese Chamber of Commerce for its contribution to the local fight against the epidemic.

Zhao Jinhui, acting president of the Cambodian Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Lin Shiqiang, executive vice president of the Cambodian Chinese Chamber of Commerce and president of the Phnom Penh Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Kong Jianming, director of the Cambodian Chinese Chamber of Commerce and president of Jiayuan East Asia Group, and a number of senior officials of the Cambodian Wang Jiajun Command attended the event.

Hummane expressed his sincere gratitude to the Chinese side for its long-term support and assistance to Cambodia. Hongmane said that in order to help Cambodia tide over the difficulties of the epidemic, the Chinese Embassy in Cambodia and the Cambodian Chinese Chamber of Commerce have donated traditional Chinese medicine materials to cambodia many times to alleviate the urgent needs of the Cambodian side. The donation of anti-epidemic materials such as "Lianhua Qing plague capsules" and masks urgently needed by cambodia to treat new crown pneumonia patients will further enhance Cambodia's ability and confidence in fighting the epidemic.

Wu Guoquan pointed out that Cambodia is China's hardcore friend and community of common destiny. Since the outbreak of the new crown pneumonia epidemic, the two sides have been in the same boat and watched over each other, vividly interpreting the unbreakable and enduring friendship between China and Cambodia with practical actions, and setting an example for the international community's anti-epidemic cooperation.

Kong Jianming, a representative of the organizer of the event, said that Cambodia's stable political and social environment and outstanding performance in the fight against the epidemic have enabled Chinese-funded enterprises to take root and develop with peace of mind. Hummane said that Cambodia welcomes more Chinese-funded enterprises to invest in Cambodia, especially in the field of agricultural modernization and deep processing of agricultural products.
