The Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents stipulate that "official documents are generally composed of the number, the classification level and the period of confidentiality, the degree of urgency, the logo of the issuing organ, the issuing number, the issuer, the main sending organ, the main sending organ, the main text, the description of the attachment, the signature of the issuing organ, the date of writing, the seal, the note, the attachment, the copy organ, the printing and distribution organ, the date of issuance, the page number, etc." "From 18 aspects, we should standardize the elements of the party and government organs that send official documents to the organs. How to apply it specifically, the author carefully studied the "Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents", combined with work practice, and inquired about relevant information, he believes:

First, the main problems existing in the main text

(1) The first page does not display official documents. Due to the excessive name of the body text, the home page does not display the body text;

(2) The use of hierarchical serial numbers and punctuation marks is not standardized. For example, the structural hierarchy ordinals are "one", "(-)""1""(1) instead of "(one)," "1," "(1), ;)".

(3) Inaccuracies in personal names, place names, numbers, or quotations. First, the numbers are not precise. For example, "2020" is written as "20 years"; second, the citation is inaccurate. Citations should first quote the title, followed by a text number, and add parentheses.

(4) The figures in the official documents are inconsistent. Arabic numerals should be used except for the time of writing, the ordinal numbers of partial structure levels, and the use of Chinese characters for numbers that are morphemes in words, phrases, idioms, acronyms, and rhetorical statements.

Second, the concept and requirements of the main text

(1) Concepts. The main text is the main body of the official document, which is the specific content of the narrative document, and it is also the most important part of the official document.

(2) Content requirements for the main text. The first is to accurately convey the relevant principles and policy spirit of the issuing organs, and strive to be concise, clear, and realistic, in line with grammar, and avoid lengthy and clutter. Second, the question of requesting instructions should be one article at a time, not one thing at a time, and the ordinal number of structural levels in the text should be accurately used.

3. The way the text is written and stipulated

According to the 2012 Regulations on the Handling of Official Documents of Party and Government Organs, the National Standards for the Format of Official Documents of Party and Government Organs, and other provisions, it should be done:

(1) Body font. Generally, No. 3 imitates the Song script, arranged in the next line of the body name, and the left space of each natural paragraph is used, and the top grid of the back line is returned.

(2) Hierarchical ordinals. In the text, the ordinal numbers of the structural hierarchy can be used sequentially: "one", "(one)", "1", "(1)";

(3) Layered fonts. Generally, the first layer is marked in bold, the second layer is in italics, and the third and fourth layers are marked in imitation Song script.
