As early as 2017, Zhangping She's Village began to build a rural tourism resort with the theme of "the most beautiful She's Village". After being elected as a deputy to the Provincial People's Congress, Lei Xianggui led all the villagers to plan tourist attractions such as Shanha Inn, Tongling Waterfall, She's Folk Customs Garden, Yangjialong Pedestrian Street, etc., and built tourism facilities such as Shecun Glutinous Rice Winery, Calamus Cultural Center, Tongling Waterfall, and Huantaiyan Tourist Trail, creating a tourist scenic spot integrating spring flower viewing, summer summer vacation, autumn leaf viewing, and winter snow play. At present, the villagers' work rate in the tourism project area exceeds 80%, and the living standards have steadily improved.

"Last year, our village also adapted to local conditions, on the basis of developing ethnic minority cultural tourism, guided villagers to carry out special planting of oil tea, white tea, shiitake mushrooms and other characteristics, and created a characteristic farm with Shexiang style." Lei Xianggui said.

The current Zhangping She's Village, through re-planning and positioning, has formed a good trend of multi-industry development. Establish the Zhangping She's Village Shiitake Mushroom Planting Base and Huaping Moso Bamboo Planting Base, integrating planting, processing, and sales; establish Shezhai Shunwu Agricultural Development Co., Ltd., vigorously develop the tea processing industry, and export the special white tea and oil tea processing on Sheshan Mountain to form a local brand advantage; establish the Zhangping She's Village Shanha Cultural Performing Arts Company, make full use of The beautiful mountain water resources and She's cultural resources in Zhangping, and vigorously develop activities such as She's cultural performances and March 3 tourism and cultural festivals. Last year, the village's collective economy exceeded 500,000 yuan, and the villagers' annual per capita income reached 19,000 yuan.

"The advice I brought this time is mainly focused on rural sewage treatment. The provincial government work report also mentioned that the Huaqiao water conservancy hub as a major project, our township is located at the source of the Huaqiao Reservoir, there are four village committees, the permanent population of more than 4,000 people, we intend to build water storage in the reservoir before the relevant departments at the higher level to build a domestic sewage treatment facility at the source of the reservoir, so that the people can drink safe and secure water.
