On the morning of January 19, Wang Guowen, deputy director of the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Tourism and Sports, Wang Yan, director of the Public Service Department of the Bureau, Xu Kuiyi, director of the Municipal Library, and Guo Wenjun, secretary of the branch, went to a number of urban study rooms and Zhujiajian branch libraries to investigate service management.

Deputy Director Wang Guowen visited and investigated Zhu Jiajian's Self-Haicheng Study Room, Administrative Center City Study, Huanxi City Study, Late Stay City Study and Zhu Jiajian Branch Library, investigated the situation of reader reception, book lending, activities and the problems and difficulties in daily operation, and put forward suggestions for the operation and management of urban study rooms.

Deputy Director Wang Guowen pointed out that the urban study room is an important part of the "fifteen-minute high-quality reading circle", and the urban study room should be high-quality, standardized and characteristic to promote the brand building of the urban study room and the reading work of the whole people, and build the city study room into a cultural landmark of the city.
