The traffic management department will carry out law enforcement work for vehicles that use special lanes in violation of the "Notice of the Beijing Municipal People's Government on Temporary Traffic Management Measures During the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games" and the on-site law enforcement of the traffic police on duty, and the off-site law enforcement through monitoring probe capture and recording. Where social vehicles illegally use the Olympic special lane, it is determined that the road passage violation of "motor vehicles using special lanes in violation of regulations" shall be fined 200 yuan in accordance with law.

Here, I would like to thank the general public for their understanding and support, and hope that in the process of traveling, the citizens will strictly abide by the relevant provisions of the "Notice" of the Olympic Special Lane, courteously give way to the special vehicles for the Winter Olympics, do not go and borrow the Olympic special lanes, strive to be the practitioners of traffic civilization, fully display the good image of the "City of the Double Olympic Games" with hospitality, civilization and courtesy, and jointly create a safe, smooth and civilized traffic environment.
