People's Daily Beijing, January 20 (Wei Yanxing) On January 20, jointly produced by the Palace Museum, China Oriental Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd. and People's Network Co., Ltd., Yushang Hemei Culture Development Co., Ltd. and Beijing Sihai a Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. jointly produced the dance poetry drama "Only This Green" - Dance Painting "A Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains" held a press conference for the 2022 100-performance tour.

China Oriental Performing Arts Group announced at the press conference that the second round of the national tour of "Only This Green" will start in March 2022. This round of tour will cover nearly 40 cities such as Haikou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Hefei, etc., and Shanghai, Nanning and other places will also be added one after another, and the number of performances is expected to reach more than 120. Among them, on March 3 and 4, "Only This Green" will debut at the Hainan Provincial Song and Dance Theater.

"Only This Green" constructs the spiritual world of the whole play with the narrative method of classical literature, the contemporary expression of traditional art, and the flow of ideas, and gives unlimited vitality and imagination to the long-lasting traditional cultural imagery through the interlacing of the virtual and real characters and the fusion of emotions. Since the first "exhibition volume" of the National Centre for the Performing Arts in August 2021, "Only This Green" has been performed more than 50 times in 16 cities including Shanghai, Suzhou, Guangzhou and Shenzhen, and has won a double harvest of popularity and word of mouth.

Jing Xiaoyong, secretary of the party committee and chairman of China Oriental Performing Arts Group, said that in terms of creation, "Only This Green" firmly grasps the precious value of China's excellent traditional culture, based on the people-centered creative orientation, and explores and refines the aesthetic essence in line with the contemporary perspective in the cultural exhibition, dance, music, literature and non-genetic inheritance, "Through this work, we can let the most professional cultural institutions, literary and art academies and authoritative party media work together to integrate artistic production, transformation, operation and dissemination. Let everyone involved become the 'exhibition person' and 'collector' of China's excellent traditional culture. ”

In the view of Tang Weihong, member of the Party Committee of the People's Network and chairman of the Board of Supervisors, the reason why "Only This Green" can break the circle of dissemination is due to the "three forces" - the charm of traditional Chinese culture, the wisdom and strength of the artists of China Oriental Performing Arts Group, and the joint efforts of the producers and partners. During the performance, the People's Network continued to narrow the distance between the works and the public through all-round reports such as graphic reports and short videos. After the premiere, the cumulative exposure reached 247 million.
