In September 2018, the Times Foundation launched the times China "Tiangeng Blossom" program, a key public welfare project specifically for rural art quality education, starting from the two aspects of teacher training and hardware facilities improvement, and continuing to promote the progress of rural art quality education. By the end of 2021, times China's "TianGeng Blossom" plan has spread throughout 3 provinces, 17 prefectures, cities and 41 counties across the country, built a total of 174 "Tian Gong Blossom" multi-functional art classrooms, transported more than 100 volunteer teachers, carried out more than 40,000 art quality education classes, and provided online and offline training for more than 50,000 primary and secondary school music and aesthetic sports teachers in townships and townships, benefiting more than 600,000 students. In the future, more than 1,000 multi-functional art classrooms will be built nationwide, benefiting more than 3 million rural children.
