It is true that all unprovoked defilements are the defilements of the mind, and all that is encountered for no reason is a fate of one's own creation. We have also lamented the injustice of reality, and we have also lamented the misery of the world, but we do not know that if the heart is not bitter, then the wisdom is not open; if the body is not bitter, the blessings are not thick.
