On the afternoon of January 17th, the Qingsong police station received a report from a resident that an "eagle" was injured, and the Qingsong police station sent a police officer to take it to the police station, and contacted our forest investigation brigade again, and I led two cadres to the police station.
According to Officer Xue, this "eagle" has tan-brown feathers, a sharp beak, and hooked claws on its feet, making it impossible to fly normally. After a brief inspection, the police found that the original "eagle" leg had been injured.
This "eagle" is very unspiritual, its right leg has been fractured, at that time this "eagle" took photos from all angles, sent to the animal protection group, after expert identification, said that it is a national second-level protected animal goshawk.
In order to let the little guy recover his strength as soon as possible, the police brought pork and water to feed it, and after eating, the goshawk gradually became energetic.
After a night of observation and feeding, on the morning of the 18th, the staff of the Animal Protection Department sent the goshawk to the Yanbian Wildlife Shelter and Rescue Center, where the goshawk will be professionally treated.
