On January 19, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued another circuit breaker directive to implement circuit breaker measures for three flights, including American Airlines flight AA127 (Dallas to Shanghai), Lufthansa flight LH728 (Frankfurt to Shanghai), and China Southern Airlines CZ328 (Los Angeles to Guangzhou).

According to the Civil Aviation Administration, U.S. Airlines Flight AA127 (Dallas to Shanghai, entered on Tuesday) on January 11 has confirmed 9 cases of COVID-19 passengers.

Lufthansa flight LH728 (Frankfurt to Shanghai, entered on Tuesday) on January 11 confirmed nine cases of COVID-19 passengers, and since February 7, the above two flights have been suspended for two times.

China Southern Airlines flight CZ328 (Los Angeles to Guangzhou, Sunday entry) that entered on January 16 has confirmed 10 cases of COVID-19 passengers, and since February 28, the flight has continued to suspend operations for four times. The above circuit breakers may not be used on other routes.
