Fu'an New Area Project is one of the urban renewal projects in Huangshan Area, and the scope of the project involves Chengmen Town, involving a land area of 369.88 mu and a relocated housing area of about 220,000 square meters. The project levy publicity period is from January 19 to February 27, 2022, and the signing period is from February 28 to March 31, 2022. At present, the command has set up 8 working groups with nearly 100 people to enter the scene to carry out policy publicity, mapping and measurement.

The reporter learned from the Sanjiangkou Development and Construction Headquarters that in 2022, the Sanjiangkou area has initially planned to generate 108 projects, and classified and coordinated according to the "five batches". Among them, 43 construction projects are planned to be implemented this year, with a total investment of 51.153 billion yuan, and the annual planned investment is 10.249 billion yuan, including rail transit construction, road engineering construction, public service facility construction, residential project construction and commercial and commercial project construction.

The relevant person in charge of the headquarters office said that it will conscientiously implement the relevant work arrangements of the 12th Party Congress of the city and accelerate the construction of a modern international city, continue to promote the high-level planning and high-quality construction of the Sanjiangkou area, plan for great development with a large vision and a large pattern, and make every effort to build Fuzhou's "city living room" and a new modern landmark.

19 projects were completed this year

It is understood that this year, there are 30 continuation projects in the Sanjiangkou area, and it is planned to complete 19 projects such as rail transit (subway) line 6. The Municipal Sanjiangkou Construction and Development Headquarters will consolidate the mission objectives, reverse the timing, and ensure that 19 projects are completed and put into use as planned.

According to the plan, in the first half of the year, sanjiangkou area plans to complete 5 projects: the road (section 1) of Liangcuo North Area is completed and opened to traffic; three public service supporting facilities such as the subway fire station of south railway station, Qingliangshan fire station and Qingfu garbage transfer station are completed and put into use; and the PPP project of comprehensive water system treatment in Sanjiangkou area is completed.

In the second half of the year, the precinct plans to complete 14 projects, including 2 schools such as Yongnan Middle School, 4 real estate projects such as Xinghai Jiangzhu, 5 roads such as the road project of Zhanglan Central Area, as well as Metro Line 6, Zhanglan Bus Complex, and the headquarters of the New District Group. After the completion and commissioning of these projects, the road network and supporting facilities of the area will be further improved to improve the bearing capacity and competitiveness of the area.

In addition, the Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway Fuzhou South Railway Station housing construction and supporting facilities, Fuzhou Passenger Fuzhou South Railway Station Square and related supporting facilities and other two projects are planned to be completed and put into use in 2023.

This year, 13 new projects have been built

This year, the Sanjiangkou area plans 13 new construction projects. Up to now, 11 projects such as Huahai Xingzhu have completed the preliminary work such as site selection, approval and relocation of land; the road in the north area of Xiayang has completed the site selection and approval; and the road project (phase II) of the south area of Zhanglan has completed the site selection.

In the first half of the year, Sanjiangkou Area plans to start 7 residential projects such as Xiangyu Real Estate A; in the second half of the year, it is planned to start 2 road engineering projects such as Xiayang North Area Road and Zhanglan South Area Road (Phase II) to further improve the basic supporting facilities of the area.

Based on the industrial upgrading of the area, the area will also launch two industrial upgrading projects such as Fujian Musk Pearl Upgrading and Transformation and Fushun Semiconductor this year.

Methodically plan new projects

Existing projects are in full swing, and new projects are being planned in an orderly manner. This year, the Municipal Sanjiangkou Development and Construction Headquarters plans 20 construction projects to start the preliminary work, including 5 road projects such as the Nanhu area and surrounding roads, 1 public service supporting facility in Binjiang Park, 5 residential projects such as the Hubin Beiyuan West Plot in the Nanhu Area of the South Railway Station, 6 commercial and commercial projects such as the Sanjiangkou Xiayang G-04 plot, and 3 industrial upgrading projects such as the upgrading and transformation of Fore Fluid. The command will further speed up the preliminary work of the projects and strive to start construction at an early date.

In addition, the Sanjiangkou area also plans 45 reserve projects, including 9 road projects such as Gaopu Road and surrounding roads in Jiangnan area, 9 public service facilities such as national botanical gardens, 21 residential projects such as Farmers New Town, and 6 commercial and commercial projects such as Jiangnan C-26 plot.
