With the increasing number of solo trips in the future, the luggage is less and less, compared with the previous trip to Paris only carrying a backpack, that trip to Lijiang, slightly "heavy".
Putting aside the epidemic factors, the reason why Yunnan travel was chosen again was not only because Yunnan's tourism resources were rich, but more like a kind of return gift. Because Yunnan opened the door to my travel, I changed from a homestead who did not dare to go anywhere and did not bother to go, to a person who was full of curiosity and dabbling in a strange place.
I haven't been to Dali in Yunnan, just like I haven't been to the Forbidden City in Beijing. The first time I heard about Dali, it should have been in a textbook, but the real emotional understanding of Dali was after watching "Huan Zhu Ge Ge". Wind flower snow moon is synonymous with Dali, before only staying in the literal meaning of the understanding, after personally experiencing the wind of The Lower Pass, the flowers of the Upper Pass, the snow of the Cangshan Mountains, and the moon of the Erhai Sea, I deeply realized the meaning of these four words. Of course, even in dali in winter, eight consecutive days of bright sunshine make me suspect that Dali has winter. In short, except for the snow in Cangshan Mountain, which was replaced by a cup of "Cangshan Snow Top Coffee", the other three items were unreservedly presented in front of my eyes.
Listening to a Bai taxi driver in Dali said that the most worthwhile places to go in Dali are the ancient city, Shuanglang, Cangshan, Xizhou Ancient Town, after 9 days of dali one place of ultra-deep free travel, I personally feel that you can also add the three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple and shaxi ancient town a little farther away.
I wanted to spend a few days in the end of 2020 in the double corridor honestly and comfortably, but I couldn't stop going around and running around, sweeping away all the places where my feet could reach. If you are a person who wants to be purely relaxed, sleep every day until you wake up naturally, do not like to be very lively, a little literary breath, it is recommended to go to the double corridor to squander time, every day of the double corridor is slow, slow to every day from watching the sunrise to looking forward to sunset, almost no time to pay attention to the troubles and joys of life. If dazedness is a kind of thinking, there is nothing more mentally demanding than this kind of thinking.
The Double Corridor Inn next to the Erhai Sea is a sea view room, and I still prefer a relatively quiet and leisurely inn. Opposite the inn is nanzhao style island, every day in bed can see from the floor-to-ceiling window to and from the custom island and the double corridor ferry cruise ship, and then far away is Cangshan, every evening can see the sunset Cangshan, sometimes in the early morning can also see the moon falling, this kind of sun and moon competition scene, simply not too comfortable.
The north side of Nanzhao Customs Island is Yuji Island, and the island is also full of inns and commercial shops, and there are slightly more tourists, and those who like to be more lively can choose to stop here.
Overlooking the two islands of Shuanglang and the ancient town village, the location is located on the road outside the entrance of the town, and the businessman has also opened a observation deck with all kinds of props: Greek coastal wind, sunset California style, Taipei small fresh, Japanese pastoral style... Despite the variety of styles, the beauty of the double corridor is not a reproduction of any kind.
There are many attractions along the east side of the Erhai Sea, but they are not as simple and leisurely as the double corridor. On the west side of the Erhai Sea, that is, around the ancient city of Dali, there are still many remarkable punch card holy places.
The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple are particularly easy to overlook, the three pagodas are located at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, the northwest of Dali Ancient City, far from the eye, but when the orange sunset halo hits the pale yellow main tower from behind, the surrounding of the tower is like a layer of gold edge, and the indigo cangshan behind the sunset is in stark contrast, and the majestic, solemn, strong and powerful side of the main tower is vividly reflected. The four characters of Yongzhen Mountain and River look so vigorous and powerful.
When it comes to Cangshan, you will think of Cangshan snow, but unfortunately in Dali in winter, the maximum daily temperature is nearly 20 degrees, and it takes luck to see Cangshan snow. Or, you may wish to climb Cangshan Mountain to experience the charm of the sacred mountain that is praised by the Bai people. Cangshan Mountain Range has 19 peaks, stretching on the west side of the Erhai Sea, the place to visit is located on the west side of Dali Ancient City, there are three cable cars to visit, namely the southernmost gantong ropeway, washing Matan ropeway and Zhonghe ropeway, Gantong ropeway and Zhonghe ropeway can only reach the halfway point, washing Matan ropeway is divided into two sections, the upper section can reach the top of Cang Mountain, watching and washing Matan, but in winter due to wind most of the time is not open, can only sit to the lower part of the cable car that is halfway up the mountainside. The other two ropeways have attractions to visit halfway up the mountainside, connected by an 11.5-kilometer-long Yudai Road, a very flat walking trail carved along the mountain, overlooking the ancient city of Dali and the Erhai Sea in the tree-lined cangshan mountains.
Speaking of flowers, I have to mention the winter cherry blossoms in Dali in winter, when all parts of the motherland are still struggling in the cold, Dali in winter is a flower-like bloom, and the most beautiful one is the winter cherry blossoms. Strolling through the ancient city of Dali, you can be attracted by the clusters of pink cherry blossoms in the distance. The best place to enjoy the winter cherry blossoms is Dali University, but unfortunately, at the end of December, I just missed the flowering period, so I had to let go of my obsession, relive my college time, and feel that I was no longer young.
A steep slope leading directly to the Erhai Sea outside Dali University resembles the streetscape of Otaru, Hokkaido, and the illusion of traveling through time and space in a trance.
Shaxi Ancient Town is more than 100 kilometers away from Dali Ancient City, is the best preserved ancient town in the existing Tea Horse Ancient Road, not as commercial as Dali Ancient City, and there are few groups of tourists, walking in the ancient town of thousands of years, within reach are hundreds of years of historical traces.
Xizhou Ancient Town is very close to Dali Ancient City, the famous Xizhou Cangsu originated from here, follow the ancient city tour guide to understand the ancient town culture, visit the Yan family compound, but also have a different atmosphere.
Dali ancient city is not as quaint as imagined, the two main streets even during the epidemic in the off-season people are more, large and small restaurants, cafes are all over the streets, people who like to lively can choose to stay in the ancient city.
Dali's slow time, melted in the fragrant coffee, immersed in the pen and ink of poetry books, echoed in the ripples of the Erhai Sea, and loomed between the peaks of cangshan mountain, day after day.
