Pre-sales of tickets for the 2022 Qatar World Cup begin

According to the official website of FIFA, since 13:00 local time in Doha on January 19, the 2022 Qatar World Cup has begun the first phase of ticket pre-sale work.

Interested ticket buyers can click on the https://lottery1-intl.fwc22.tickets.fifa.com/lottery/welcome_en.html and follow the instructions on the website to purchase tickets, this stage of ticket sales will end at 13:00 local time on February 8, Doha. If the actual number of tickets applied for at this stage exceeds the total number of pre-sales, the tickets will be allocated by random lottery, and the successful applicants will receive a notification before March 8, and then pay the tickets online according to the specified process.

According to reports, there are four types of tickets to choose from at this stage: single tickets that can watch any game, team packages that can watch designated team matches, stadium packages that can watch 4 games at 4 different stadiums, and barrier-free tickets for people with disabilities and mobility. At the end of this stage of ticket sales, two new tickets will be added that allow ticket buyers to sit with fans who support the same team. Tickets start at QAR 40 (about 70 RMB) and are limited to 6 tickets per person per match, with a maximum purchase of 60 tickets per person for the entire duration.

The 2022 World Cup will be held in 8 stadiums in Qatar from November 21 to December 18 this year, the first world cup in history to be held in a Middle Eastern country.
