The Eleventh Provincial Party Congress pointed out that it is necessary to take the road of rural revitalization with Fujian characteristics. How can Changqing Town give full play to its regional characteristics and contribute to the acceleration of the construction of a modern green development pilot zone in Yongtai County and the acceleration of a modern international city in Fuzhou City? Qiu Feiyao believes that the focus should be on doing a good job in the following three aspects.

The first is to focus on the "point", explore a new model of science and technology to help agriculture, and create a digital demonstration point for promoting agriculture. "Only villages that have been given industrial characteristics can be more beautiful and competitive." Qiu Feiyao said that after many efforts in Changqing Town, the industrial demonstration point like a spark of stars has been presented, and the Shuofeng Ecological Base in Fudou Village relies on big data to create modern smart agriculture, build mountain train transportation, water and fertilizer integration and laying an "online + offline" sales system, and create a new situation in the industrial revitalization of Changqing Town; the peanut base in Zhongyang Village, fully drawing on Taiwan's agricultural industry experience, has established a set of "one-production photosynthetic mushroom farmland contracts, two-production six rounds of strict selection of fine packaging, and three-production peanut festivals to detonate hot spots." The six-level industrial development model has enabled the local peanuts to increase from the wholesale price of 8 yuan to 23 yuan, and the retail price has exceeded 50 yuan. In the next stage, Changqing Town will build a LiGuo tourism factory integrating Liguo Picking Experience Park, Brand Image Pavilion, Parent-child Handicraft Workshop, Light Food Experience Area and other projects, and after the success of the small-scale Liguo industry, it will automatically guide the liguo growers in the town to change the traditional extensive planting mode and improve the brand effect of Changqing Liguo in accordance with the "Changqing Strict Selection" Liguo model. At the same time, we will continue to incubate the demonstration points of Changqing characteristic industries such as large fruit tea oil, moso bamboo, honey, etc., further promote the development of various industries by creating a village and a product, and effectively strengthen the points, string the dots into lines, and draw the lines into surfaces, so as to achieve a new situation of sparks.

The second is to highlight the "line", explore new measures for rural revitalization, and form a rural tourism boutique line. Rural revitalization focusing on characteristic agriculture and rural tourism is the development direction of Yongtai County in the next stage. Qiu Feiyao said that Changqing Town will fully seize this development opportunity, plan to create a tourism route that conforms to the regional characteristics of Changqing Town, develop water rafting projects in Shangxiayi Reservoir District, National Traditional Villages in Zhongpu Village, Zhongpu Village, Lin Ancestral Hall in Xiapu Village, Zekou Geothermal 60-degree Hot Spring in Lingdou Village, Wenchang Pavilion in Lianfeng Village, Xianggai Temple and Cultural Relics Protection Point along the Creek, and carry out high-quality and creative brand packaging and planning for family training culture and martial arts culture, etc., to create the brands of "Wind and Rain Old Village" and "Guest Residence". Actively integrate into the overall tourism pattern of the county. At the same time, Changqing Town will continue to work hard in infrastructure construction, continue to promote the implementation of the doubling project, actively strive for funds, and promote the construction of people's livelihood projects such as the Y114 widening project of Changfu Highway, the reconstruction of Jingshan Dangerous Bridge in Zhongyang Village, and the cultural and commercial square in the township.

The third is to strengthen the "face", explore party building to lead new actions, and expand the coverage of party building work. Changqing Town regards strengthening grass-roots party building as a major project to promote rural revitalization, continuously strengthens organizational construction, gives play to the strength of party members, creates a new work situation, builds a solid fighting fortress for rural revitalization, consolidates the strength of rural revitalization, and promotes rural revitalization to speed up and increase efficiency. Qiu Feiyao introduced that the party committee and government of Changqing Town first extended the party building work to the front line of the industry. Taking the model of "branch + base + farmer" in Zhongyang Village to develop the peanut industry as a demonstration, all party branches are encouraged to lead agricultural enterprises, cooperatives and farmers to participate in market competition in a "group" to form a good situation of "branch leadership, professional operation, and farmer participation". Combined with the industrial advantages of Fudou Village, Shangyang Village and Nanwei Village, such as orange, moso bamboo, rice, and pig breeding, the Shangyang Central Village Committee was established; combined with the industrial advantages of Lingdou Village, Zhongyang Village, Pioneer Village peanuts, edible mushrooms, etc., the Lingdou Central Village Committee was established.
