In order to comprehensively take stock and "review" the results of the work in 2021 and supervise the momentum of cadres and officers to start a business, on January 20, Liuquan Town held the 2021 annual cadre debriefing conference and conducted a "final examination" for the annual work of all cadres of the organs.
The meeting was carried out in an orderly manner by combining cadre debriefing, leadership evaluation, and democratic evaluation. More than 50 cadres went to the stage in turn to report on their duties, focusing on the performance of their duties and the completion of the work, and while introducing the work achievements, they carefully analyzed the existing problems and put forward the direction of the next step of work efforts. Each member of the team in charge and the person in charge of the center and office made pertinent comments on the cadres from the perspective of the management, and put forward opinions and suggestions. The whole debriefing highlights "full", "accurate" and "fine", and the comprehensive and specific summary of the report and the accurate data highlight the serious and responsible attitude of the cadres in our town towards the work. After the meeting, in light of the cadres' usual performance, the cadres were objectively and fairly evaluated democratically.
The meeting pointed out that this meeting is not only a very good debriefing report meeting, but also a work summary and exchange meeting, and the debriefing report made by the cadres of the organs is realistic and comprehensive and objective, and I hope that all comrades will roll up their sleeves and work hard, continue to carry forward the style of seeking truth and being pragmatic, dare to take responsibility, have deeds, do their own work well, and make greater contributions to the sustained and healthy development of Liuquan Town.
The meeting demanded that the whole town should take this debriefing as an opportunity to hit the iron while it is hot, deepen learning, focus on problems, implement in a timely manner, and play a good "first move". It is necessary to improve the political position, strengthen the responsibility, and make every effort to grasp the implementation of various tasks; we must adhere to the problem orientation, highlight the implementation of rectification and reform, take the problem opinions as the entry point for grasping the work, analyze and accurately exert force one by one; we must innovate work methods, activate the work carrier, and actively explore effective ways and carriers to carry out work; we must follow up and supervise and inspect, strive for practical results in work, focus on the key work in 2022, make every effort to scramble and improve at full speed, and continue to struggle for the high-quality economic and social development of Liuquan.
