The opening of the China-Europe express train from Quanzhou to Moscow has opened up a fast freight fast lane from the southeast coast to Moscow, which can improve the transportation time by more than 1 times compared with the original only shipping mode, so that more import and export enterprises can enjoy the convenience of taking the China-Europe train at the "doorstep".
In order to ensure the smooth operation of the train, China Railway Nanchang Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has opened up a green channel for enterprises, given full play to the advantages of information exchange, and through joint cooperation with customs and foreign trade enterprises, achieved tripartite data exchange, realized the declaration of customs transfer procedures, the rapid handling of enterprise qualification filing and other procedures, and helped enterprises to quickly clear customs of goods. At the same time, Quanzhou Jinjiang International Dry Port actively assists in organizing the supply of trains to ensure the smooth departure of trains.
Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, is the starting point of the "Maritime Silk Road", in recent years, Quanzhou and Southeast Asia, the European Union, Russia and other countries and regions to build an international economic and trade cooperation model, and gradually formed a global industrial ecosystem.
The opening of the China-Europe train from Quanzhou to Moscow will further help Quanzhou strengthen economic and trade exchanges with countries along the "Belt and Road" and integrate into the national "Belt and Road" initiative and the new development pattern of international and domestic dual cycles.
