Optimus SBR Business Management Consulting has designed its new office in Toronto, Canada, into an elegant space that can be shaped by a rich texture of materials that fosters collaboration and cohesion. Optimus SBR Business Management Consulting, located in downtown Toronto, offers its employees a specially attractive office space. The challenge and overarching goal of the renovation of this project was to find a way for employees to have a positive sense of engagement and maintain close contact with colleagues and the workplace, even though they don't work here every day. The design team came up with a solution that created an open environment that fostered communication and connection, providing spaces for employees to gather and interact, and providing a variety of flexible office workspaces and private rooms to accommodate different work patterns.
The reception area, the asymmetrical spatial construction and the thick and unwieldy architectural elements are organized together to form a pleasing visual focal point. The high white marble-surfaced bar is ideal for informal meetings and also enriches the function of the reception area. The transition space from the reception area leads directly to the large meeting room enclosed by a clear glass partition wall. Through walnut, black metal decoration, stone and glass, different textures and textures create an extremely interesting spatial scene.
The spacious lunch room is the core space of the entire floor plan and is a central venue for events and gatherings. Designed by movable furniture to create the fluidity and flexibility of the space, facilitates reorganization to carry out various forms of activities.
