First, AIS off recognition
The use of computer image recognition technology, radar scanning and AIS signal fusion technology to monitor the river, if the detection of a ship in the identification range, and the computer system does not find the AIS target ship in the area, then determine that the monitored ship has turned off the AIS equipment.
