In order to effectively protect the people's life safety and physical health, effectively block the further spread of the epidemic, and consolidate the results achieved in the current prevention and control work, the Municipal Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters decided that on the basis of the nucleic acid testing carried out in the city and key areas in the early stage, the fourth nucleic acid testing of all employees will be carried out throughout the city. The notice is hereby announced as follows:

1. From 6:00 a.m. on January 20, all residents living in our city, at that time, remained relatively static in the same place of residence, and according to the overall deployment of the prevention and control headquarters of each district and the organizational arrangements of the streets (towns) and communities (villages), they went to the designated places to cooperate in a timely manner to carry out nucleic acid testing. Complete the nucleic acid testing of all employees in the city within 24 hours.

Second, the city's organs at all levels, all types of enterprises and institutions at all levels should support and ensure that the people participate in nucleic acid testing for all employees. All districts must put the people's life safety and physical health in the first place, and must ensure the necessary emergency medical needs of the masses. Each district prevention and control headquarters is responsible for formulating and implementing specific plans for nucleic acid testing and screening in the district, strictly implementing responsibilities, improving safeguard measures, improving the efficiency of nucleic acid collection, delivery, inspection, and reporting, and truly achieving "due diligence, not leaving a household, and not missing a person", and ensuring the high quality and high efficiency to complete the fourth round of nucleic acid testing for all employees.

THIRD, nucleic acid testing and urban operation support related staff obey the work arrangements of the district, the department, and the unit, and promptly test.

4. For residents who do not participate in nucleic acid testing within the prescribed time, the "health code" is adjusted to "orange code", and after completing the nucleic acid test and the result is negative, it is changed to "green code".

5. Special Notice

(1) Invite the majority of residents to actively cooperate with the staff of each sampling point to do a good job of sample collection, and the public security organs will strictly pursue legal responsibility for those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing, disrupt order, conceal reports, falsely report, or falsify information.

(2) According to the organizational arrangements of the community (village), grid members, and grid team leaders, the majority of residents are invited to carry valid documents such as ID cards and foreign identity certificates, and go to the designated sampling points in an orderly manner at different times to ensure that no one household or one person is missed.

(3) During the period of participating in the sampling, residents are requested to do a good job of personal protection, wear masks throughout the process, and maintain a distance of more than one meter to prevent cross-infection. At the same time, pay attention to cold protection and warmth, and take good care of the elderly and children.
