The team reported the problems found to the party group of the hospital and the relevant departments of the higher court, and the party group of the hospital attached great importance to it and presided over a joint meeting of the public security organs and relevant departments. After full investigation and demonstration, combined with the specific conditions of the city, the team drafted a procuratorial recommendation, which was personally delivered by the chief procurator to the Dengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau and relevant units, urging the public security organs to standardize the blood alcohol testing work, and recommending that the relevant units stop the blood alcohol testing forensic identification business.
