The Municipal Market Supervision Bureau reminds the majority of catering service units to conduct daily pre-job health checks and body temperature monitoring for employees, and strictly clean and disinfect the opponents before entering the food production and processing business sites, and wear clean and tidy or disinfected work clothes and masks;

In the processing process, it is necessary to strictly control the key links of food processing and production, remove food that does not meet food safety requirements such as corruption and deterioration, expiration, etc.; and implement food safety management systems such as food traceability, disinfection and cleaning, processing operations, and kitchen disposal.

At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of food processing areas, dining areas, personnel passages, food freight elevators and other places; facilities and equipment, catering utensils and containers containing food for direct consumption should be comprehensively cleaned and disinfected; avoid the use of central air conditioning, and regularly clean and disinfect air filtration devices. When delivering meals, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau reminds catering units to promote "contactless" distribution in collective meal distribution units and central kitchens, and clean and disinfect distribution stations, delivery boxes, delivery vehicles, food containers and their packaging to ensure that the food distribution process is not polluted.

In addition, the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau also reminds consumers to choose a familiar catering unit to order a meal, or to learn the name and location of the catering unit from the online ordering platform, to ensure that the catering unit that orders the meal holds the "Food Business License" or "Small Catering Business License", and does not order takeaway food of unknown origin; if a large number of meals are ordered as a collective meal, they should be ordered from the licensed collective dining delivery unit.

Homemade dishes and takeaway meals should be eaten as soon as possible, do not store at room temperature for a long time, ensure that they can be eaten within a safe time limit of 2 hours after the meal is cooked, and cook the food thoroughly when it is reheated; do not eat suspicious foods of unknown origin and spoiled, incomplete outer packaging labels or foods that exceed the shelf life; carefully choose high-risk foods such as brine cold spelling, cold vegetables, beans, wild mushrooms and so on.

When takeaway meals are delivered, consumers must check whether the personal hygiene of the delivery personnel is good, whether the takeaway box (package) is clean, check whether the food container (packaging) is intact, whether the meal is spoiled or contaminated, and if there is a problem, it can be rejected.

The Market Supervision Bureau reminds consumers that when ordering meals, they should pay attention to retaining relevant vouchers such as consumption receipts, invoices or screenshots of pages, and if food safety problems are found, they can promptly dial 12315 to protect their rights and interests in accordance with the law
