For supermarkets, convenience stores, fresh stores, vegetable stores, grain and oil stores and other enterprises that meet the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, they should be opened to the fullest; Organize "agricultural supermarkets (stores) to hold hands" to promote agricultural products directly from "field head" to "stall head" to ensure the balance between supply and demand of peripheral materials. At present, 8 of the 10 large supermarkets in the high-tech zone have resumed business, and the staff attendance rate has been restored to 51%; 28 7-11 convenience stores, 69 Tangjiu convenience stores, 5 Weijia convenience stores, and 43 convenience stores every day in the district have basically resumed business; 926 convenient small shops around the community opened, with an opening rate of 65%.

Third, strengthen market management to ensure supply and stabilize prices. More than 300 market supervision and law enforcement personnel were dispatched to inspect large-scale merchants, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stores, convenience stores, etc. in the jurisdiction, publicize epidemic prevention and control knowledge and epidemic prevention policies, sign the "Commitment to Stabilize Prices", and strictly prohibit price gouging and other violations of laws and regulations. At present, the wholesale and retail prices of daily necessities in the whole region are generally stable.

The second is to make up for the market circulation and open up the "microcirculation" of community supply.

First, stabilize grain and oil reserves and promote "effective supply + resource convergence". 1.6 million catties of vegetables, 1,250 tons of flour, 200 tons of eggs, 400 tons of rice, 400 tons of meat and 320 tons of oil were prepared from all over the country. Organize large supermarkets to pair with 271 communities (urban villages), according to the needs of residents, launch a variety of package packages such as fruits and vegetables, meat and eggs, grain and oil, daily chemicals, etc., mobilize cadres and employees of the management committee and employees of state-owned enterprises to form special classes to assist in distribution, organize the people's livelihood protection transportation fleet in the high-tech zone, compress the delivery time from three days to one day, improve the "last kilometer" market distribution capacity of supermarkets to residential communities, and then send goods to the downstairs of the unit by community properties or volunteers to meet the residents' "stay at home" The procurement needs of living materials. Up to now, it has accumulated more than 80 communities and distributed more than 4,700 orders.

Third, carry out double-line supply guarantee and realize "mobile outlets + fixed-point direct supply". Docking vegetable companies, grain and oil sales companies, large supermarkets and breeding (breeding) cooperatives, 70 communities and 22 urban villages are divided into several areas, and direct sales points for people's livelihood protection and supply combined with "online + offline" are set up to expand the supply channels of fruits and vegetables, meat and eggs, and daily necessities to ensure the daily material procurement needs of residents. Up to now, 10 direct sales points have been set up for people's livelihood protection, covering key supply areas such as Daren East Village, Rose Mansion, Hi-Tech Garden, and Longcheng Mingyuan Phase II.

First, encourage large chain supermarkets to "expand online + contactless delivery". Support traditional supermarket enterprises to broaden online shopping channels, enrich online service functions, and meet residents' online shopping needs through WeChat Mini Programs, Meituan, Ele.me, Taocaicai and their own APP. At the same time, supermarkets are encouraged to improve their service capabilities, shorten the delivery time, and achieve "contactless" distribution.

Second, promote the "online development + contactless distribution" of small commercial outlets. Encourage small commercial outlets to cooperate with vegetable and fruit companies, grain and oil companies, and agricultural cooperatives, combined with the way of community property shopping solitaire during the epidemic period, actively develop online promotion and sales channels, and provide residents with one-stop procurement and delivery services for "daily necessities", and the high-tech zone will provide support to enhance the development capacity of small commercial outlets and further broaden the channels for residents to purchase fruits, vegetables, grains and oils and other daily necessities.
