Eric Gordon: I can adapt to any role and I'm sure I'll play 4-5 seasons

Rockets player Eric Gordon was recently interviewed by Houston Chronicle reporter Fagan, in which he talked about the length of his career.

There have been previous reports that the Rockets are willing to trade Gordon for a first-round pick. Commenting on his trade rumors, Gordon said: "I know where I am, I just want to keep playing and I'm looking forward to growing up with this group of guys [the Rockets' youngsters]. ”

Speaking about his form, Gordon said: "From entering the league to today, my role has definitely changed. But whether it's playing as a substitute or a starter, I feel like I can adapt to my teammates because that's how I play. I worked very hard in training this summer to avoid injuries and prepare for a good season and it felt great to be back to play. ”

"I love racing, I love to make progress because then I can be prepared for whatever situation I have in the future. I'm sure I'll be able to play 4-5 seasons like this, no matter who the opponent is, I'm ready. ”

So far this season, Gordon has played in 38 games for the Rockets, averaging 29.3 minutes per game, 14.9 points, 1.9 rebounds and 3.3 assists, and shooting 45.5% from three-point range.
