The event was hosted by Fuzhou Municipal Sports Bureau, organized by Taijiang District Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, co-organized by Fujian Golden Eagle Ice Sports Club and Fuzhou AI Cold Ice Sports Center, and implemented by Fuzhou Social Sports Instructors Association.
