Explanation of health management measures
(1) Home isolation: Home isolation medical observers are required to live alone. If - 4 - conditions do not allow, choose a well-ventilated room in a suite as an isolation room, maintain relative independence, and install electronic door magnets; there should be a separate bathroom in the isolated room, and the bathroom should not be shared with other family members, in line with the "single single room single bathroom"; the room cannot use the central air conditioning common to other rooms; the building and building have an independent and normally operating septic tank; and the collective dormitory shall not be set up as a home isolation place People living together in the same residence are required to implement home isolation medical observation and are not allowed to go out; persons with underlying diseases and the elderly cannot be used as escorts for children, pregnant women, semi-self-care and inability to take care of themselves; twice a day to report to the "community three-person team" the health status such as the temperature of the home isolation personnel. Community medical observation and management personnel shall inform home isolation medical observers and their co-residents of daily hygiene and protection knowledge and relevant requirements during isolation. Where the conditions are not met, centralized isolation measures will be implemented.
(2) Home health monitoring: do not go out at home, try to eat one person and one food, and keep a certain distance from the people who live with you; do a good job of health monitoring, measure body temperature every day, and conduct nucleic acid testing as required; in principle, work from home, do not participate in collective activities such as schooling, and cannot enter public enclosed places; due to special circumstances, if you really need to go out, you must strictly implement the "six no's": you must not take public transportation; you must not eat together; you must not walk around in the community and walk your pets and go out to watch movies, watch plays, and watch exhibitions; you must not meet guests. Participate in crowd gathering activities such as gatherings and lectures; do not go to shopping malls, supermarkets, office buildings, restaurants, and other crowded places; do not go to closed and semi-closed places such as movie theaters, chess and card rooms, KTV, Internet cafes, and health care, and strictly implement various protective measures such as wearing masks when going out, and maintain a certain distance from others. If there is fever, dry cough, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell (taste), diarrhea and other physical discomfort symptoms, you should immediately report to the community "three-person team" and promptly go to the designated medical institution for investigation. People living in the same household may go out without any health discomfort, but wear a mask.
(3) Self-health monitoring: Under the condition of personal protection, you can go to work, go to school, visit a doctor, take an exam, etc. normally. Symptoms such as fever, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, sore throat, fatigue, muscle soreness, weakened or loss of sense of smell (taste), conjunctivitis, diarrhea, etc., need to go to the designated hospital in time for investigation.
(4) "Four Ones" health management: issue a health notice, carry out a health inquiry, check a health code, and carry out a nucleic acid test.
