In the end, in accordance with the principle of "joint consultation and elimination of hidden dangers", all parties reached an agreement: it is necessary to completely eliminate hidden dangers and ensure the safety of residents, and the eighth printing plant is responsible for the repair of the wall and properly repair the damaged wall; at the same time, the greening cannot be destroyed, and the large trees must be given space to grow according to local conditions.
In December 2021, the repair of the wall was officially completed. Workers first demolished the old fence, disposed of the bare roots, and then re-reinforced the stone piers of the wall and painted it. Where does the vitality of this tree come from? The project has attracted the curious eyes of many residents, and from time to time residents come to check it out. In order to ensure everyone's safety, the neighborhood committee also set up warning signs at the scene to guide residents to detour.
Last week, the project was successfully completed, and a new wall was renovated, so that the full picture of this large tree was displayed for the first time in front of the eyes of the majority of residents. "I was always worried that this tree would grow any longer and overturn the wall at any time, but now not only the safety hazards have been eliminated, but the big tree also has room to grow, looking like a sculpture and becoming a scenery in the community."
