In order to promote the unification of bankruptcy adjudication rules, grasp the direction of bankruptcy practice, help the rising revision of the bankruptcy law, and promote academic research related to the bankruptcy law, the selection of "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" in 2021 was officially launched. We hereby inform you of the relevant matters as follows, welcome to register.

1. Co-organizers

In line with the principle of professionalism and authority, the 2021 "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" selection was initiated by the Bankruptcy Law and Enterprise Restructuring Research Center of China University of Political Science and Law, and the co-organizers (in no particular order) are as follows:

9. Research Center for Bankruptcy Law and Enterprise Restructuring, China University of Political Science and Law

The above-mentioned co-organizers jointly formed the 2021 "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" Selection Organizing Committee.

2. Selection organization

1. This selection is divided into three links: declaration, selection and announcement, and a total of 10 "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" in 2021 are selected.

2. In order to ensure the authority and professionalism of the selection, in addition to the representatives of the organizers, the 2021 "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" evaluation committee is mainly composed of bankruptcy law scholars from all over the country. The selection rules and judges will be announced separately.

3. The selection secretariat is located in the Bankruptcy Law and Enterprise Restructuring Center of China University of Political Science and Law.

4. In order to ensure the objectivity and fairness of the selection, this selection does not accept external funding.

3. Declaration requirements and deadlines

1. The declaration may be made by the court or the administrator individually or jointly.

2. The number of cases declared is limited to the completion of the internal trial in 2021.

3. The declaration materials for each case include:

(1) Trial and management team profile (no more than 500 words) and contact information.

(2) Introduction of case information and classic argumentation. The total number of words should be controlled within 5000 words. Among them, the basic information of the case should be controlled within 1,000 words, and the classic introduction and argumentation of the case should be controlled within 4,000 words.

(3) Letter of Commitment. The content of the commitment includes: all materials should be authentic and credible; abide by the review rules, accept the evaluation results; and cooperate with the organizing committee to complete follow-up reports and other related work.

(4) Other supporting materials deemed necessary by the declarant.

4. The declaration materials are in PDF format.

4. Other matters

1. After the application is completed, the organizing committee will immediately organize the selection work.

2. After the completion of the selection, the joint organizers will jointly release the selection results nationwide. The co-organizers will carry out all-round reporting and research on the "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" in 2021, and hold a special seminar.

3. The 2021 "National Bankruptcy Classic Cases" Selection Organizing Committee reserves the right to formulate and interpret the selection rules.
