The reporter learned from the Shanxi Provincial Rural Revitalization Bureau on the 19th that in October 2021, Shanxi suffered the strongest rainfall in autumn since meteorological records were recorded, and the heavy rainfall caused 46 poverty alleviation counties, 2769 poverty alleviation villages, and 445,000 poverty alleviation people in Shanxi to be affected to varying degrees. As of December 30, 2021, 12,450 poverty alleviation households and monitoring households that need to be repaired and rebuilt due to disaster damage have started construction and completed 12,017 households; 454 poverty alleviation villages with drinking water safety hazards have all completed repair and reconstruction.
