In addition to psychological intervention, traditional tai chi, baduanjin, yoga, meditation and other methods can be used to calm the mood. Studies have shown that improving tai chi can effectively improve patients' lung function, exercise ability and health status, and prevent the aggravation of breathing symptoms in PATIENTS.
In addition, sit quietly for a while when coughing or wheezing, calm the mood, and the symptoms of coughing or wheezing may be alleviated.
