Artwork format requirements
◆ The length of the video varies from more than ten seconds to a few minutes, and the total time does not exceed 5 minutes;
◆ Video size<700M;
◆ Video format: MP4, AVI, MOV and other mainstream formats;
◆ Shooting equipment: camera, camcorder, HD shooting mode mobile phone, etc.
The work is required for filmmaking
◆ Clear picture quality, stable lens, full and smooth picture, strong expressiveness, reasonable editing;
◆ The opening credits are complete, the title of the work is displayed at the beginning, and the production personnel information is indicated at the end;
◆ Characters in the video need subtitles such as language communication and narration;
◆ All entries must ensure originality, ensure that the content, screen and background soundtrack have the right to use and can be disclosed.

How to submit your work
The competition is open to the whole system of the group, and the entries are submitted directly by individual employees.
Submission of entries can be submitted in two ways: website registration and upload and email delivery. All entries are required to fill in the "Entry Form", indicating the author's name, unit, contact information, copyright commitment and authorization statement, etc., and submit it with the work.

Awards
The competition will have collective and individual awards:
Collective Prize
For directly subordinate units, according to the number of submissions of entries and the comprehensive evaluation of individual awards, the first prize, the second prize and the third prize are set up, and a number of excellent organization awards are awarded, and medals are awarded and commended. The recipient of the collective award shall submit at least 10 works.
Individual Awards
For all the participants, five major awards of "Best Short Video", "Best Director and Creativity", "Best Cinematography", "Best Editing and Production" and "Best Sound Effects" are set up, one first prize, two prizes, three prizes, excellent awards, etc., and prizes and award certificates are issued and commended.
Selection method
The competition will adopt the method of expert review for selection, after the preliminary screening of short video works that meet the selection requirements, the expert review team will evaluate and score the shortlisted works, form the final results and announce, and the award-winning works will be displayed and broadcast through the group's official video number, official WeChat, overseas social platforms and other domestic and foreign self-owned media platforms.
