According to the evaluation report officially released by the State Food and Drug Administration, "Ghost Tube" belongs to the first product of the same variety in China, and the expected use of the product is suitable for both professional medical personnel to conduct Helicobacter pylori antigen testing in medical units and consumer self-testing. In the three tertiary clinical hospitals affiliated to Zhejiang University School of Medicine, Zhejiang Provincial People's Hospital and Peking University Shougang Hospital, a total of 1,644 effective subjects with suspected Helicobacter pylori infection were included, with a sensitivity of 96.5% and a specificity of 99.1%, and the self-test results of the subjects were compared with the test results of professionals, and the compliance rate reached 100%.

According to relevant data, Helicobacter pylori is an internationally recognized first-class carcinogen of gastric cancer. In China, the average individual infection rate of Helicobacter pylori is 40%, but the infection rate in the family has reached 64%, And Helicobacter pylori is mainly transmitted through the mouth-to-mouth route, and if it is not controlled, it is easy to have the situation of "one person getting sick and infecting the whole family".
