With the continuous development of the online ride-hailing industry, mobile online ride-hailing has generally become an indispensable choice for the public. On December 31, 2021, the Operation and Management Department of China Railway Construction Property Beijing Center deeply contacted the AutoNavi taxi platform, and after multiple rounds of communication and coordination, signed a cooperation agreement with the AutoNavi taxi station, introduced the elderly taxi warm heart station, and opened it in five communities such as Qingxiu City, Huayu City, Shanyu City, Tongrui Jiayuan and Jinyue Jiayuan for the first time, helping the elderly residents living in the community to more easily use digital travel services such as "one-click ride-hailing".
The elderly use Alipay, WeChat or AutoNavi map to scan the code at the warm heart station, directly enter the taxi mode of helping the elderly, and do not need to download the ride-hailing App. In this mode, the elderly do not need to enter the starting point, the end point, and select the model, just click the "Call Taxi" button, and after receiving the order from a nearby vehicle, they can automatically navigate to the warm station to pick up the elderly. The vehicles called are all regular cruise taxis, and the elderly can communicate with the driver after getting on the bus, and the car can support cash payment. From the order to the drop off, the elderly only need to sweep, click, and operate twice, which is very convenient. The warm heart station allows the elderly in the China Railway Construction community to get a taxi faster when there is an emergency to go out, and fully enjoy the convenient service of smart transportation.
Since the opening of the station in the five communities managed by China Railway Construction Property, the elderly who have tried it have found it convenient. Aunt Wang, an elderly resident of Qingxiucheng Community in Fengtai District, went to the hospital for examination, and what was different from usual was that she scanned the QR code at the elderly taxi station at the entrance of the community, and in less than 2 minutes, a taxi came to the door to pick her up. Aunt Wang told us, "Before waving at the entrance of the community to take a taxi and waiting for 15 minutes is a common thing, it is fast and convenient to take a taxi at the warm heart station, and it turns out that it is so simple to use a mobile phone to call a car." “
