"7.15" is a public open day activity launched by the municipal urban management law enforcement system for the public, aiming to closely connect and interact with the urban management department and the public. This year, Putuo Chengguan adhered to the important concept of "people's city built by the people, people's city for the people", closely followed the main line of celebrating the 100th anniversary of the founding of the party, and carried out this year's "7.15 public open day" activity with the theme of "not forgetting the original intention in the centenary of the founding of the party, keeping in mind the mission and enforcing the law for the people". Ten street chengguan squadrons simultaneously carried out special activities to guide the public to personally experience urban management and intuitively feel the urban management services.
The scene of the event
This year, the main venue of the "7.15 Public Open Day" in Putuo District is located in the Affiliated School of Caoyang No. 2 Middle School in Caoyang Xincun Street. Jointly established by the Shanghai Municipal Chengguan Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau and the Xinmin Evening News, the "Xinmin Help Nong Help Contact Point" is an innovative measure to practice the important concept of the people's city and broaden the channels for contacting and serving the citizens of the community. It aims to give full play to the advantages of front-end intelligent collection of new media platforms and the improvement of urban management networks, coordinate the use of online and offline methods, improve the closed-loop mechanism of receiving, judging, disposing of and feedback of citizens' demands, and create a new model of complementary functions and integration of government and media.

Among the first 100 contact points in the city this year, 5 entered the Putuo residential community, namely Xiangyi Huacheng Community in Yichuan Road Street, Ansai Community in Ganquan Road Street, Lanfeng Community in Shiquan Road Street, BeifengQiaoyuan Community in Caoyang Xincun Street and XinyueHewan Community in Changzheng Town. After the award, these 5 contact points will be officially settled in the residential community, becoming a radar station for accurately collecting social conditions and public opinions, and a timely perception of the cold and heating of the masses.
In addition, the Putuo Chengguan Cao Yang Squadron carried out the theme activity of "Big Hands Holding Small Hands, Chengguan AccompanyIng You", reviewed the general situation of the Cao Yang Squadron's implementation of the work of "law enforcement with the car" of the citizen supervisors, and held the "Juvenile Supervisor" employment ceremony, the Municipal Chengguan Law Enforcement Bureau, the District Chengguan Law Enforcement Bureau, and the relevant responsible persons of the Caoyang Xincun Street jointly issued certificates for the student supervisors, distributed the red vests of the supervisors, and the media person Xuan Kejiong issued the first work group announcement "Be a small master of the city and create a beautiful new home" at the scene of the "Juvenile Supervisor" WeChat work group. Participate in law enforcement
On July 15, 2019, the Cao Yang Squadron officially launched the work of "citizen supervisors", and since two years, the citizen supervisors have followed the members of the urban management team to the streets every Thursday, carrying out a total of 105 "law enforcement with the car" activities, and more than 200 people have personally visited the law enforcement scene. This year, the Cao Yang Squadron for the first time innovated to carry out the "management school" cooperation, inviting students from the affiliated schools of Cao Yang No. 2 Middle School to "join" the supervision brigade as juvenile supervisors, so that the student group had the opportunity to walk into the law enforcement scene, understand the urban management work, and experience the construction of social rule of law.
After that, with the continuous development of the juvenile supervisor's "law enforcement with the car" activity, the juvenile supervisor will also become the school's garbage classification supervisor, accompanied by the urban management team members, participate in the school and community governance, drive the students and family members around them, gather more people to form a joint force, and contribute to the beautification and improvement of the community environment.
In addition to the main venue, other squadron sub-venue activities were also carried out according to the characteristics of the squadron.
